“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……

“I was very disappointed in the way we were treated trying to check in. Two handicapped women traveling together, one with leg brace and cane, the other with a walker, we arrived a couple hours early from the airport, before the 3pm check in but the office was locked. Sign stated the staff hours open til 5pm but the office was locked. No one was around anywhere. We stood outside a bit and then called the phone # on the sign and a rude man answered. ‘It’s not my fault you arrived early.’ ‘Just……
