“We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.”

“They did not have the breakfast open and when I ask the front desk clerk she was rude about it and I just asked in a polite manner.”

“Parking in the adjacent lot while construction was being done by the main entry was less than convenient and the breakfast could be better”

“This property needs a refresh. Broken tiles in bathroom, marred walls, a door to the patio that took two people to open. Don't get me wrong. We had a blast! Love the free parking garage.But for what they charge per night, this hotel should be immaculate.”

“The whole hotel reeked of cigarettes. The room's bed had one sheet lying on top of the mattress which kept falling off. There was a small sandwich bag with remnants of white powder on the floor behind the toilet. The police showed up one night. We had two small children with us. It did not match the pictures in any way! We were uncomfortable and worried. I wish we could gave gotten our money back and just left.”
