Irvine Pet-friendly Hotel

"Rooms were not very clean. Dirty door handles, fridge handles, carpets were visibly dirty "

"First and most importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. The door latch was missing, and the door itself did not properly secure. I have both photos and video documenting this issue. Due to this, I was unable to rest and had to physically barricade the door using furniture (a chair and a nightstand) to feel any sense of security. Additionally, the room had a strong cigar smell despite being booked as a non-smoking room, which made the environment very uncomfortable. There were also multiple maintenance issues: The ice machine on my floor was not working The hot tub was out of service Staff informed me there was no maintenance personnel available overnight When I contacted the front desk regarding the broken door and safety concern, I was told I would have to wait until 6:00 AM for assistance. This response was unacceptable given the seriousness of the issue. To make matters worse, there was a high-speed police chase that ended directly in front of the hotel during the night. Given that my room was not secure, this situation significantly increased my fear and anxiety and prevented me from sleeping at all."

"The room was clean modern and just as it was described in the listing. We enjoyed the outdoor pool with some cocktails from the bar, once of which was complimentary since it was my birthday. We will definitely consider stay again if in the area"
