Room Clean, beautiful well done and very comfortable. Bathroom and amenities Absolutely phenomenal not trying to the skin great for all skin types, and amazing shampoo Customer Service 10/10 The young lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Loved her to life - made walking around the hotel, and knowing the local amenities, very appeasing to someone who is either from town or out of town 100% will stay again

Bed felt like a cement brick. The restaurants were not open, and when ever I called the front desk I would get a robot not a human. The staff was nice, Valet was good. I wont stay there again though. It was Basic AF

I loved this hotel! It has become my new favorite in Irvine. My family and I will definitely be back. The pool is beautiful, and the hotel is very family-friendly. The staff was super helpful, with a great attitude and excellent attention to detail.
