Bed felt like a cement brick. The restaurants were not open, and when ever I called the front desk I would get a robot not a human. The staff was nice, Valet was good. I wont stay there again though. It was Basic AF
I loved this hotel! It has become my new favorite in Irvine. My family and I will definitely be back. The pool is beautiful, and the hotel is very family-friendly. The staff was super helpful, with a great attitude and excellent attention to detail.
