「Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. 「Spacious, tidy and well appointed condo, full of natural light, in a lovely complex. Nice amenities with a pretty pool, gym and guest parking. Easy communication with property management. The carpet could use cleaning or replacing; off white must be hard in a vacation rental. We did have to ask about how to get in the gate of parking garage, and even after following instructions for a few different options, we had to go with the original suggestion of waiting for another resident to open the...

「This property was a great location and setup for our family trip. It gave us quick and easy access to all the area sites including Disneyland. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The unit was well stocked with supplies. Check-in and out was easy and the cleanup requirements were reasonable, which I always appreciate. For those visiting, know the road noise can be loud.
