What I liked about the hotel was the location. It was more less a 5 minute drive to the main highway which connects you to the main tourist attractions such as the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, Santa Monica and Downtown LA. Even though there wasn't a physical person to help during the check-in/out process, the kiosk was pretty easy to maneuver as the live agent was always available. However, the smell of the hotel was horrible. From the lobby, to the elevator, to the room, the smell was not the greatest. The carpet and couch were dusty and smelly as well. The price of the stay was reasonable but not the extra $15.00 of parking per day.
