“We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. More than ten days later, we were still receiving emails from the hotel urging us to pay……

“The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were clean and modern. I have a big family and I loved that they have adjoining rooms!! A special thank you to the front desk for their help and kindness during our stay. We look forward to coming back soon.”
