The ROOMS was not worth the paid price!!!! It was dirty. The ceilings had black mold. The tables had finger prints of previous guests. When we complained the workers said it was beyond their control. I’m not sure what they meant by that. Breakfast was okay and well stocked. I know the 10/10 reviews had to be FAKE or paid guest. While smoking all the guests had the same issues in their rooms. One our last day, housekeeper he opened our door with his keys at 9 am. We confronted him and he stated, “oh I was checking to see if you’ve already checked out.” This was unacceptable. We travel all the time for trips and Amazon work meetings. We will never again stay at an Embassy.

Great accommodation option to visit Disneyland. Bus service worked well. Breakfast was great, and amenities were too.

There was no proper house keeping service. Did not come for room cleaning for first 3 days. We had to go to reception and request for it. I was with 3 kids. Requested for ceramic plates, cups for heating food because kids can get hungry at uneven time. They mentioned they can not give give restaurant plates. Mentioned us to go to reception to pick disposable plates and cups. Breakfast was good. Room was pretty clean. But did not receive towels until we requested which was after 2 days we checked in. I never check in Hilton again at least this location

Exterior of the hotel, hotel staff, and bfast buffet were all excellent. However, we were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel room as other reviewers have mentioned. Our room had a musty smell from the beginning. We initially thought it was just due to the age of the room, but we discovered that there large areas of mold around the window sill. The hotel is old, but the hotel age should not justify this level of negligence. The management needs to do a better job of maintaining and cleaning the rooms.

Dirty hair from other people who prior. Nothing was stocked was completely out of air conditioner and coffee supplies. The beds were horrible. The sofa bed was nothing but bars so my children slept on the floor. The pillows were so flat that it was not worth even using. Master bed you would feel the springs. The only thing was the pool wasn't heated and gum on the floors of the pool that could have been cleaned up. Other than that, the breakfast was convenient, especially having little ones. The rooms were nice, the room doors didn't lock very well.

Rooms were spacious and mostly clean. There were some areas that could use some updating (ex: shower door doesn’t align, cosmetic-bathroom door was old and appeared to have been through flood damage/rotting door, lampshade has several rips, etc.)..otherwise it was a fine stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic, something for everyone. I loved the daily text check-in’s! I was able to communicate needs/wants with ease and they were quick to respond and to communicate back. My only complaint was about the park shuttle process. The shuttle to and from the park was free, but the process was sloppy! The bus tracker is not in real time and some drivers bring you back to the property pick up/drop off location, while some drop you off on the street curb near the hotel late at night, and you have to walk back from there.

Excellent customer service. We stayed in a suite and it was very spacious and clean. The amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious! Love staying at any of the Embassy suites.

This is an older-style hotel, which is not a bad thing at all. The rooms are quiet enough that you can sleep without hearing your partner getting ready, and the suite is spacious, so you never feel cramped or claustrophobic. We loved that the windows opened, allowing fresh air into the room. Our suite faced the stadium, and we were even able to see fireworks. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, especially the made-to-order omelets. We would definitely return the next time we are in the area.
