“Room was clean and front desk staff provided good customer service”

“Beautiful on campus location made the visit very simple and enjoyable”

“Terrible. Small and very unclean”

“There was a dog poop trash can running over top and the grass was cut so why was that not emptied.”

“Good”

“The room was clean but smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and there were some very unpleasant people shouting and swearing in the lobby the next morning”

“The room facilities were quite outdated, but still acceptable. However, we also encountered bedbugs, which was extremely concerning. On a cold morning, the hotel served cold slices of bread and yogurt that was more than two months past its best-before date. We reported the issue but never received any response. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.”

I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared. We learned to ask questions about……

“Dirty, gross, guy at the desk walks around with no shoes or socks everywhere. It smells like death. Look at mattress with no sheets and you'll leave”

“This property is in a sad state of decline...wouldn't recommend to my worst friend”

“Breakfast area is small, not enough tables and chairs”
