「When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. 「We had a great stay! The location is perfect and the staff were all wonderful. We walked to lunch, activities at the Hotel Del. It was a mile from where my son was playing soccer. So convenient to everything we had to do. Our kids loves taking the shuttle to the Loews Hotel.
They enjoyed the cinnamon rolls in the morning and the coffee! We will definitely stay again next year for the Holiday Cup!」

「I can’t say enough about this place! By far the best beachfront location! My two year old loved the playgrounds right on the beach. We spent the morning watching people surf and the evening my daughter sat on the patio (we had a bottom floor room which I highly recommend) waving to the cars as they drove by.
