Staff was helpful and communicated very easily. Smaller room with basic essentials, plumbing wasn’t the best but water pressure was great and temp was pretty great. Pretty quiet area and when you pay the additional parking, it was pretty perfect.

Staff was great, but rooms felt very different from photos. A bit grungy, but safe and good. Felt more like a hostel. Which on the plus side means a kitchen open for personal use. A few room towels had stains on them, looked like paint?

The best part of staying at Little Italy Inn is the location! Literally a block away from so many restaurants, cafes and bars! The room was small but clean and staff helpful. They allowed late check in when we got caught near the harbor making our way back. It is less than a minute to Farmers Market on Wednesday and Saturday with great food options to try. We will be back!

Our room was clean and very quiet! Nice parking area. I wish the signage on the outside of the street was better and I did have a little difficulty identifying the property. I lov d the location in Little Italy. Walking distance to some tea nice restaurants.

No sink or mirror in the bathroom, so you are brushing your teeth where the kitchen area is. Shower is for a shorter person, but it does detach. Air conditioner is a floor unit that sits at the foot of your bed with a tube that goes out the window. It’s clean, staff is friendly, it’s safe, there is no maid service, I guess “limited” means maybe you can request? Not sure. Is it worth the $1300 I paid for 3 nights? No, I just don’t think so.

Parking was a bit complicated because it’s in little italy so you just have to find what’s available on the streets or pay for public parking. Check in was easy. The hotel is half hotel half apartment (up to 6 month lease, I was told) so there are residents living on the property. Location wise, it was in a cutesy area, but if you go a couple blocks down it’s downtown so homeless are expected. Regarding the room, it was like the pictures and air conditioning was AMAZING!! The only thing was the door is hard to open and the room was not the cleanest. The shower had some hair and the sink had dirty water that was stuck on the drain protector. The hand soap is inside a reusable bottle, which in my opinion is icky. All in all, this is a good hotel for 1-2 day stays and it does the job.

The staff was great! I mistakenly selected the wrong time for my checkout. The staff took great care of my belongings until I returned and were very professional while explaining my faux pas. Even though they did not have any additional availability they helped me navigate a very stressful situation and I appreciated that.
