My husband and I stayed at Pacific Villas during our recent vacation in Oceanside to celebrate our anniversary, When we arrived, it was close to midnight, so we weren't able to see what the area looked like outside until the following morning. We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the ocean and the view from our unit. The unit included everything that we would need for our stay - refrigerator, stove, microwave, plates, cups, etc. Check in and out were very easy and the communication with the host was quick and responsive. The area was perfect for us. Most of the coffee shops/restaurants/bars/pharmacy were within walking distance. The train station to the Coaster train was only a few blocks away. The only thing that we had trouble with was the door lock of the laundry room, but it was not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Beachside bliss! You will see and hear the oceans roar, but only units 1-2 have front row views. It will also take awhile to drive to the front as “The Strand”’is a beach cruise destination.

The room was clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. I like the location has an outside shower for the guests to rinse after swimming in the ocean. Glad that the guests I stayed with followed the quiet time. I received all the information I needed via emails and texts. Text communications were very responsive.

Great view, very close to the ocean and Strand. 15 minute walk to pier and downtown area. Clean property, small but comfortable. Instructions for check-in were detailed and easy to follow. Would stay here again.
