"I love this hotel. The staff is great. The location is absolutely perfect for any tradeshow. The gaslamp is a lot of fun and the rooms are super cool and comfortable. I always pay a little extra so that I have the patio and the living room section and for an extra 60 bucks, it’s completely worth it. You should go trust me. It’s worth a little bit more than the Hilton."

"Stayed at Sentral Gaslamp Quarter recently and overall had a really good experience. The location is excellent — walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, and everything downtown San Diego has to offer. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, with a refrigerator and kitchenette with a stove. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. The property is currently transitioning into a Hilton hotel, so there were a few things that felt a little in-between operationally, but nothing major enough to ruin the trip. My biggest downside was the parking situation — valet was basically the only option . Aside from the expensive parking, the stay itself was comfortable and enjoyable. I’d still recommend it for the location and overall vibe, especially once the Hilton transition is complete. Another great thing is that they welcome cats so if you have a cat, they can stay for a fee… just make sure they don’t ruin any furniture."

"The property welcomed our cat (which was awesome), was so close to Petco we could see if from our room and had THE BEST rooftop restaurant. We could see right down into Petco and watch the game. THE BEST."

"The hotel was in a great location but we had to park down the road the road at a public parking lot. The walls were thin and heard the whole city partying all night. When we first got there, they asked if we wanted a complimentary beverage from there fridge but then they charged us for them as an amenities fee of $26(which included the use of some beach cruiser bikes) that we didn’t even ride). All in all, great location if your going to the ball game but would t recommend for a family with kids."

"Great hotel for the family. My grandchildren enjoyed it. Unfortunately, Upon check-in, I had to wait 45 minutes for my room to become available and upon checkout, I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my car."

"Front desk service is outstanding!! Very knowledgeable and super helpful! Our room was across from the cruise port with a bay view that’s just stunning!"
