The yacht was absolutely gorgeous, marina had everything (pool, hot tub, gym, bar, restaurant, lots of recreational items to use free), neighbors were super friendly, extremely safe location, quiet, 2 kayaks come with yacht, everything you need to cook or relax is provided, Elizabeth the host was fantastic. We 100% will be back. We were so sad to leave.”

“It was a great way to experience the bay. The boat was decent but a little outdated and we were advised against cooking and showering. The marina had a fine shower and there was lots of good food in the area. Host was very friendly and quick to respond.”

“Our stay on the DeltaJaz was fantastic! It was unique, quiet, relaxing and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. We were able to bring our own ski boat along and Sandra was so accommodating in getting the open berth ready for us to dock and parking our trailer. It was so much fun to explore the Delta waterways and Sandra's recommendations for places to visit were perfect. The houseboat had all the amenities we could need! It was clean, comfortable and the sauna was a nice added……

“These people is out to rip people off. They are illegally renting their junk bost in a marina that doesn't allow them to rent for vacations. Nothing was ready for my me and my family. I had to fill up the water on the boat myself, toilet didn't work. There facility toilet is about a quarter miles away. They only gave us one key so if one person leaves no one else can get out. Save your money and run . False advertisements it does not sleeps 8 people barley hodls 5. The toilet stopped flushing……
