“Everything about this house was perfect for our visit with family on MV. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a lovely fall week on MV. The location is private and peaceful, with beautiful views. Communication with Christian was easy and accommodating. A little gem!”

“The cottages were well maintained and quaint in appearance and location. We had to work remotely for a few days which was challenging when meetings occurred simultaneously for my husband and I because there is only setting downstairs (just bed upstairs). It would be nice to know if you have a parking spot in front of your cottage or not when booking. Our cottage required us to park and walk to the cottage which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know when booking for planning……

“This property is absolutely beautiful. It is tastefully redone with amazing touches that make you feel clean, welcome and comfortable! I cannot say enough about this home. We had the best stay here. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and PLENTY of extra pillows and blankets. It is the perfect house for a large family. Simple walk to Main Street / library/ huge playground. The host Roberta thought of everything you might ever need during your stay. She was responsive and kind. There……

“We enjoyed our weekend stay, the apartment was just as listed with some nice added touches of fresh flowers, and treats left by the Owner. Perfect location, we loved the convenience in getting to the wedding venue and enjoying a run along the ocean and Cliff-walk the next day. Check-in and out was simple and Owner was available if needed. Everything was great so we didn't have any reason to but nice to know they were there!”

It has everything you need in the kitchen, closets with hangers, and a nice size shower. The owners are locals and were kind, thoughtful, and responsive. “The property was perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute deck! The string lights made it seem so inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay!”

“Property is in a great location, walking distance to the shore and a little longer walk or short drive will get you to town with a pub and a few places to eat. Martha’s Vineyard ferry parking is less than ten minutes away with a free shuttle bus that takes you to the ferry. Regina (owner) is right next door and is very friendly and accommodating!!”

“Many extras were provided which was a very nice treat. Just like the pictures and central to everything. It was clean and affordable. I would stay again my wife probably would not as she has a bad back and negotiating the stairs was difficult for her”

“My trip to Mass. for a wedding gave me an opportunity to see 4 different places. This one was by far the best for 1-4 people. I truly enjoyed a peaceful, beautiful, safe and comfortable stay. There are multiple beaches within a very short distance. Gooseberry island was special and I walked it several times. The cottage was very very clean, had adorable decor and everything you needed plus a whole lot more. There was no clutter though. I used the washer/dryer several times, there were common……
