「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Checked in and went to our room and the bathtub was not clean had hair all in it. The drain was clogged in the sink. Told front desk and they put us in a different room.」

「It was just a basic hotel room, nothing special. The bed was comfy and the rooftop bar was cool. The shower kept cutting out, and the view was just rooftop AC units. If you have a ladder rack or a tall truck, you'll have to park on the side of the road. And good luck if there's a baseball game going on.」

「My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. There was no way to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The room phone was also...
