“Great place to stay! Clearly a place with a rich history (Cherokee) with a lot of old artifacts.”

“For the most part, this was probably the best hotel in town. And was pretty decent overall, other than the elevator did not work for two of the three days I was there, and only half the time of the other day. I was on the third floor, so carrying luggage up stairs and downstairs was a bit of a difficulty. I would stay there next time I was in town if the elevator was working. The people that worked there seemed quite nice and pleasant to deal with, and the overall property was in good shape.”

“The beds are terrible. They are on a metal. Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked ”

“Check in was easy, host was helpful and informative. Room condition was disappointing. Bed cover was frayed at edges, towels were thin and we were given only 2 towels for a 2 night stay, batteries in the TV remote were not working, heater knob for bath heat lamp was broken and heat light could not be turned on. also, they had a sound machine which is intended to play soothing music. again, no batteries and not in working condition. Closet area had only 1 hanger, :( Room layout was……

“It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.”

“Clean Rooms”

“Room was great checking in the girl wasn't very pleasant at all. She was a little hateful when I ask questions. Breakfast was ok with what was there but most things like egg was empty. Girl in back but didn't seem to be doing anything to fill stuff.”

“The property needs attention, the sheets of both beds were stained, the carpet was dirty, the elevator doesn't work correctly. And comparing price with the quality of the hotel was not worthy. I am sorry for the personal that works there but mangers and owners they need to do something about it.”

“The staff was great. The room was huge. I did not sleep well because the pillow was really bad. Location was great with nearby access to many places. There also was an odor we struggled with, but went to store and got air-freshners. ”

“Staff was courteous but other than that it was a dated run down motel. Breakfast was very basic. Room had mold in the vents and along the ceiling. All the fixtures were rusty, no fitness center, pool was closed. The air conditioner did work. It is basically just a place to sleep but nothing more. Over priced at $100”

“The room was very clean and staff was welcoming. The breakfast was great and the kids loved it overall. My only con was that we were on spring break and the pool wasn't even open. The kids were disappointed about that. But would definitely stay again.”

“Plenty of parking. Very helpful checking receptionist. Didn’t use the breakfast because I sleep late but that’s not a problem. Pool was nice and clean. Very quiet”
