"It is a sort of boutique hotel with rooms in several separate buildings connected by court yards. People at the reception desk are very friendly with good smiles and helpful. Once you get used to it, it is only 5-10 min walk from the train, metro and bus station, Nation. A variety of cafes, restaurants in 10 min walking distance Rooms are small, but well equipped including a good-size microwave, stove, fridge, pot, pan and utensils. THere is a room for improvement, such as hall way carpet and room floor carpet, but the hotel perhaps doing the step-by-step renovation."

"I had a great time in Paris, and overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The location was not my favorite. There is a market directly in front of the hotel, which can make it difficult for taxis and Uber drivers to stop and pick up guests. The Wi Fi connection was quite poor during my stay, although I noticed this seemed to be a common issue in several places throughout Europe. Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again."

"Disappointed. The room was tiny, too small to share. There were poor amenities in the room. There was a space for a refrigerator, however the hotel removed this for some silly reason. There was black mould developing in the bathroom, and the towels were horrible. We asked for a late check out, which they were able to accommodate but insisted we pay additional. I also had a room credit for food and beverage, however they refused to honour this and made me pay for a meal at checkout. I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Concierge at the reception - most of them don't speak or not willing to speak English. There is no air-condition in the rooms. Hot water in the shower is shot down in the morning when people need it most. General all was ok but far from good. Hotel location is on the busy highway and when is hot you can not open any windows so you choke. It is very unhealthy and dangerous. We did not receive aa refund of 120 euro deposit for more than a week now"

"Our stay was good, particularly with children and easy access to transportation. Room was serviced daily. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was prepared well upon arrival. Only feedback we have is, we ordered take out one night and we were hoping to sit and eat in the common area downstairs however we were advised all the seating in the lobby was for bar patrons and were asked to eat in our room which wasn't ideal for us."

"Great place, very clean and quiet but still close to the Seine. The 5th floor is reserved for solo travelers. They also have a family floor and dorms. Very helpful staff and plenty of space in the room. No AC but an oscillating fan. Sufficient amenties in the room and a great bar/restaurant. Recommend!"
