The room was very clean. We ate there which was good food. The breakfast we went down late and a lot had ran out -juice yoghurt etc but the English hot food was good. We paid a very good rate and value for money was excellent

Breakfast and Dinner was really good and parking was great. However i was very disappointed as the shower did not work as there was very little (a small drip) room 22 and i was then moved to a new room ( room 11)straight away. However, when I went to have a shower in the morning in the new room the shower temperature was either too hot or too cold and i could not have a decent shower for my meeting..

It was lovely everything was great the staff were polite and very helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The food was superb. The actual grounds were beautiful also. Overall had a brilliant stay will definitely be coming back.

Greeting book in and staff overall we most helpful. It was just a late booking for one night so bit disappointed that whilst room was very comfortable little things like tissues in bathroom, just enough milk for a cup of tea on arrival. Overall we would stay again.

The food in restaurant was excellent we had 3 course and it was all delicious. The steam was out of order on Friday which did spoil that spa experience for us but luckily it was working the following day

Avoid .. tired, old dirty hotel

Below par, tired and looks dirty. Room was a good size, after I finally got my room that I booked and paid for, only to be told .. sorry we have no availability of that room type, Expedia messed up so I'm afraid there's no room for you. Eventually the manager upgraded the room, but said .. this is a more expensive room, so you should pay more but this time we won't charge you! Wow 😳 No not a good stay and certainly not worth the money.

Great gym but dated deco

Good gym facility, pool and spa. Hotel itself was dated and not as clean as expected (dirty towels, dusty lightshade). Main problem was the very old decoration in the room (standard), but was told they have more modern rooms at higher rate. The room rate was very good for what it was, if the cleanliness was better will be a much better experience.
