「On arrival Expedia booking which I paid in advance was declined but I wasn't informed so tried to pay with amex , but they wouldn't accept it. So had to pay on alternative card. Room was hot and stuffy, there were no bath towels or shower gel. The small kettle had a very small cable which was not detachable and was a stretch to get to a socket which I subsequently burnt my hand on trying to pour a drink. No hot food in the hotel incl evening meals and sparse continental breakfast was poor」

「Nice Pub, food was excellent, good selection of beverages, great staff, room was a bit dusty.」

「Services quality of staffs (front desk, concierge ) are inconsistent. Some of very supportive, most are impolite and seems not willing to help customers.」

「Fantastic 2-night stay, highly recommended! We stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The check-in staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The hotel has a great environment, and our room was equipped with a handy mini-fridge and a super comfortable king-size bed. The location is perfect—right opposite a bus stop, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. On top of that, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a great variety. Definitely highly recommended,...

「Overall is OK! 」

「Wonderful stay at Turing Locke—highly recommended! We had a great time staying here. The staff at both check-in and check-out were lovely and very helpful, and they also provided convenient luggage storage. The apartment features great amenities, including a gym and a well-equipped kitchen. The interior courtyard is very quiet and peaceful. Located in a beautiful small community with a lovely environment, it's just steps away from a bus stop heading to the city center. Supermarkets, restaurants,...
