Villa La Frasca with private pool for 4 people and beautiful sea views

Villa La Frasca is located between the picturesque villages of Cómpeta and Sayalonga, approximately 200 m above the road between the two villages. Surrounded by green areas, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains and the coast.

Villa La Frasca can accommodate 4 people and is a modern and comfortable house. Here we find the bright living room with 2 sofás, satellite TV, fireplace and dining area, the fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and the other bathroom with shower.

The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning (hot&cold).

In the area outside the private pool surrounded by a large terrace with charcoal barbecue. From here we have an impressive view of the town of Corumbela and the mountains and the sea.

Villa La Frasca is located 5 km away from the town of Cómpeta and 3 km from the town of Sayalonga. The whole road is paved.

Competa offers us: several small supermarkets, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical center, dentist, internet cafe, souvenir shops, tourism information and much more.

Pets:
Pets are welcome (max. 2). Please note that if you bring your pet, there is a supplement of €50 (once per stay) payable in cash upon arrival at our office in Cómpeta.

Arrival after 9:30 PM:
Please note that if you arrive at or after 9:30 PM, there is a supplement of €50 payable in cash upon arrival.

Heating:
If you wish to use the central heating (radiators), there is a supplement of €30 per night. Please let us know 2 days in advance if you wish to use the heating.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is closed during the winter months. Please inquire for details on opening times.
