“Great apartment with everything we needed. We had a very pleasant stay and felt comfortable throughout. Highly recommended!”

“You get good value for your money here. Everything's straightforward and you can settle in fast without fussing around too much.”

“Very comfortable stay, close to everything, love the Vancover Waterfront. Beds very comfortable house is well stocked. Great price, will stay again when coming this way”

“We had a great time at the Haven Stay and used it as our home base for our kid’s soccer tournament in Vancouver and Portland last weekend. The place is cozy, clean and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the washer and dryer were a huge plus given the multiple games my kid had. The host was great and responsive. We ended up forgetting a couple of articles of clothing in the dryer after we checked out which required some coordination to get back. Our host was great……

“Very convenient location to multiple restaurants and events. Clean unit and very comfortable bed. Kitchen had needed items to prepare meals. Only drawback was the dishwasher was not working and host didn’t have dish drying rack. Unexpected issue and we were able to make it work and the stay overall was great!”

“Nothing fancy but it was clean and in a great location for my son’s graduation! Thank you”

“What a cute little condo and the location to all that downtown vancouver has to offer was phenomenal! Close to Ester Short Park and so many bars and restaurants. We would stay here again. We had problems with the locks but they were super nice about it and went out of their way to get us back in. It was a user issue, not a problem with the facility.”

“This is a very cute, very clean, and incredibly priced place to stay in Vancouver. We were minutes away from everything in town and half an hour at most from anything in Portland. Like every rental I have every stayed in, the shower is a little weird, but given the downsides of a hotel, I don't even care. Great for a family.”

“Little things were a problem for the group. Not sufficiently stocked with toilet paper, We were asked to take out garbage, but can was overflowing, 2nd bathroom shower did not drain. There was quite a bit of traffic noise in the master bedroom. Overall it was very clean and a well kept home.”

“Great stay in St. John’s. The house is lovely. Beds very comfortable and home is well stocked. Walked into downtown St. John’s several times. Food options great. One thing to make sure future guests know, there is a lower level tenant that you do hear. This was not an issue for us, but if this will bother you, maybe consider staying elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Portland.”

“Very clean”

“Communication with the host was not as expected. I had to reach out and ask for check-in details (not listed in guest portal). We chose the property for WiFi in order to accommodate work from home needs and didn’t receive the password until the day we left. I asked for the WiFi password multiple times, and received automated responses unrelated to my questions. My advice would be to update guest portal information and provide a printout in the property with pertinent information for ease of……
