"Staff was outstanding. food exceeded expectations, used courtesy van to get to and from concert. 9th floor room had great view of harbor with some big boats."

"We booked the Regency Hotel for a girls weekend, and it was awesome! The location is perfect! We booked two rooms, and both were spotless. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My niece had a spa treatment that she said was heavenly. We spent time at the Armory Lounge, and the bartender was as friendly as everyone else. We would definitely stay at the Regency again!"

"Had to listen to barking dogs all evening. When we called the front desk they said they would call the owners. Apparently with no success. They said because they are pet friendly there wasn’t anything more they could do"

"The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included. Full service, not continental. Really good food. Parking was validated. No surprises on put bill. Definitely recommended."

"Clean room , nice pool area and quiet ,will say that the beds are kinda uncomfortable but if you’re there for a night it’s not too bad ! I’d come back again. "

"Biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. The room was not cleaned. There were stains that looked like blood in front of bathroom mirror, bathrooms were stained yellow. Seeme shampoo & conditioner were watered down. They also did not communicate the additional cost that is held when paying for the room. Pool are did not appear to be cleaned. Would not recommend"
