「everything was as advertised. check-in was a breeze and the owner promptly attended to any request we had. the house location is near to downtown and the Saratoga Race Course both of which were important to our party of 14 adults and 6 young children. even with the large party there was never a feeling of being in each others way. i would not hesitate to return.」
