「Bathtub and toilet are very dirty」

「The staff is friendly and professional. Most of them do speak three languages: French, English, and German. My room is clean and functional. The hotel is not far from downtown. You can take "Tram B," which station, Futura Glacière, is just in front of the hotel. If you don't want to spend 12 euro breakfast in the hotel, there are a MacDonald and a coffee shop near the hotel. There is also a supermarket which locates 30-second walk distance. The only inconvenience is that you need to take 15...

「It was very easy to check in and out and it was located right by a bus station which made it easy to commute around during our stay!」

「The lock on the door is broken and the door closer is broken. I had to push the screws in so that I can close the door. I didn't feel secure in the hotel; also, the elevator was not working as well. I had to go back to the car to leave the luggage and get a few things so I can get over for one night.」

「Sehr gut. Alles super wir kommen gerne wieder 」

「Clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet air conditioner. Good enough light」

On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...

「服務親切，房間非常乾淨」

「酒店新淨，設計現代。可惜說好的€5停車優惠，最終只有€2。」

「The front desk is excellent, very helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and fresh. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far away from the tramway station, about 15 min walk with big luggage.」

「clean, breakfast is gorgeous, the restaurant is top」

「人員非常友善，房間內也很乾淨，絕對推薦這間連鎖旅館。」

「Very excellent experience in the hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The sauna is private and decent. Though the location is not central of the city but the surrounding is amazing with church, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market in this season. Also, you can have breakfast in your room with nice view.」
