This holiday apartment for a maximum of 7 people is located in an authentic holiday home in Rohrmoos-Schladming in Styria and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

This holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is furnished and offers a comfortable living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large sunny terrace. You can share the wonderful sauna and the large garden with barbecue.

Nestled in the fascinating mountains between the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein massif, Schladming is a popular holiday destination in both winter and summer. In the immediate area you can go hiking or mountain biking. In winter, the free ski bus stops practically in front of the door and you can ski back to the house. The Schladming - Planai/Hochwurzen/Hauser Kaibling ski area (4-mountain ski area) offers 123 kilometers of slopes and over 80 ski lifts in the Dachstein-Tauern region.

In summer, the Pichl swimming lake or the Reiteralmsee in Schladming offer lots of swimming fun! In short: an ideal starting point for your summer and winter vacation!

Wundervoll gelegen, Terrasse mit einmalig schönem Ausblick. Sehr herzliche Begrüßung und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles da für den Gebrauch. Sauna kann jederzeit angeschaltet werden. Wir fanden es toll.

Great accommodation, lovely area, great host

This is a great unit. All three bedrooms have an ensuite. The host is very friendly and helpful. The unit is well equipped. Parking is easy. One thing missing is a common space with some comfortable seating. There is only the corner bench in the kitchen. Bring your own soap, shampoo, coffee, condiments. There is a great outdoor area to sit and relax with lovely views

Perfect for our ski trip!

My ski group loved this place! The nature around the house is lovely and you can easily get to the ski slopes by taking the bus (free to ride with a ski pass) which stops 10 minutes walk from the house. The house had everything: every bathroom had its own room, there was a kitchen with all the appliances, a sauna, and a washer/dryer. The host was also hospitable, we would definitely stay again in the future!

Ruhiger schöner Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Apartments ist bezaubernd und herrlich ruhig da es in einer Sackgasse liegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns auf Anfrage sogar eine Zitronenpresse geliehen. Das hintere Zimmer ist leider sehr dunkel und eignet sich nur zum Schlafen oder Fernsehzimmer. Die Vermietungsplattform finde ich nicht bedienungsfreundlich, da sie auch für die notwendigen Daten zum Nachlesen ein Login (über Google, Facebook etc) verlangt.

Eine Ferienwohnung im Landhausstil. Gemütlich. Bis zur Piste sind es 5Min mit dem Auto oder der Skibus hält vor dem Haus.

Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Terassen und der Blick in die Berge sind fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ist top.

sehr günstige Unterkunft/sehr angenehme Vermieter

Skibus kommt leider erst um 9.20 Als wir da waren , konnte man leider ncht gut drausen sitzen da die Sonne schon nicht mehr auf unsere Terassen schien Leider kann man nur in der Küche zusammen sitzen, was eigentlich kein Problem ist.Aber die Eckbank und die Stühle waren dafür nicht bequem genug.

Eine wunderschöne FeWo , sehr sauber und ein wundervoller Blick in die Berge. Die Vermieter sind zu jeder Zeit sehr angagiert und hilfsbereit. Zu den Wanderungen gelangt man zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto (Sommer). Die FeWo ist komplett für erfahrene FeWo- Besucher ausgerüstet und sehr empfehlenswert! :-)

Nette Eigentümer, sauberes schön gelegenes Haus

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen eine Woche im Skiurlaub dort. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet für die Anzahl der Leute. Morgens konnten wir mit dem Skibus ca. 15 min. Bis zum Lift fahren und dann mit den Skiern bis zum Haus zurückfahren. Alles top. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer weiter empfehlen und selber wieder kommen.

Schöne große und sehr saubere Wohnung

Im Haus gibt es mehrere Wohnungen, wir hatten die im unteren Geschoss. 3 Zimmer mit Wohnküche. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Backofen hat noch gefehlt. Wir durften aber freundlicherweise am einigen Tagen zusätzlich noch eine andere große Wohnküche mitbenutzen. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse mit großer Wiese hinter dem Haus, einen Schuhtrockner, Waschmaschine, Sauna, Brötchenservice und WLAN, welches aber an einigen Stellen nur sehr schwach vorhanden ist. Tolle Wohnung

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub!

Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag (14 Tage) sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.
