Our vacation home Wiese is located in the small and beautiful village Latrop, it is situated in a quiet environment and is known for the beautiful hiking trails. The vacation home was completely renovated in 2024 so everything in the house is new. The outdoor area will be tackled in 2025, the terrace can already be used now, the garden will be completely renewed in 2025 so that the little ones also have space to play. Our house offers 90 square meters of living space with a spacious living/dining area, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an entrance with checkroom. This means that 4 people + baby can stay with us. You can enjoy the sun on the sheltered terrace. A private parking space is available. As we have a steep driveway, you may have to park on the village road in the event of heavy snowfall.
The driveyway of the property leads to a dead end of the access road with little opportunity to turn around.
Further facilities include W-Lan, TV, travel cot & high chair (on request, no additional costs).
A linen set is not included in the rental price. It can be booked for an additional fee of fee per person/package and must be paid for in cash on site. It includes 1 towel, 1 bath towel, 1 dishware & 1 drying cloth and a made-up bed.
Smoking is not permitted in the house, but is possible on the terrace.
Loud events are not permitted.
Public transportation & hiking trails are within walking distance.
There are three hotels/restaurants within walking distance in the village of Latrop.
If required, breakfast can be served in the neighboring hotel, payment on site. Bread rolls can also be ordered there and picked up in the morning. Approx. 300 m on foot. Please note that breakfast is subject to availability and depending on the hotel's opening days and hours.
