Terrible experience at Hotel Forstinger.
"I booked a “Deluxe Loft, 1 Double Bed, Non Smoking, City View” that was supposed to be 538 sq ft (ca. 50 m²) When I got to the hotel, I was given a room that was barely 150 sq ft (ca. 14 m²), and when I asked the reception if a mistake was made, I was told the loft I booked was “closed for the winter”. ..."

"Its a great place to stay in Passau. I just have two remarks. 1. Checkin is at 15 hr and the reception is only staffed until 15:30. I think the gap is too short although the hotel provided information in advance about self checkin. We arrived before 15 hrs so it was possible to checkin in person ..."

"Es war alles in Ordnung. Lediglich das Bad ist sehr klein und der Garten voller Wildwuchs vor dem Balkon könnte auch mal wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden. Ansonsten besteht kein Grund zur Klage. Der Empfang im Haslinger Hof - dort bekommt man den Schlüssel - war sehr freundlich."
