「Breakfast, coffee and tea.」

「The only thing we noticed was the floor needs a good scrubbing. It looked clean but when we wiped up some water on the bathroom floor the towel was very dirty and the bottoms of my wife’s feet were black from walking around on the floor barefoot.」

「Nice, clean and friendly with a country feel. The pool was not open, and the faucet/sink had some minor issues.」

「This was an inexpensive tiny lil place to lay our heads down for a night and we appreciated having this place to do just that! There were three of us, and it fit us just fine- one double bed for my hubby & I and one twin bed for our daughter in which both were clean and comfortable. 「Great place to stay near Ticonderoga NY」

「Host is amazing! Room was clean as well as bathroom. 10/10 would stay again.」

「Julie and her husband went out of their way to make the stay personable and accommodating as possible. Room was clean with everything you would need for the stay. I can’t even think of one negative for a balanced review. This was affordable and very well located.」

The shower ran all over the floor when I turned it on so we ended up just taking sponge baths while standing in the tub (instead of using the shower). The TV turned on but it was not easy to navigate to a guide or to be able to sing in to Netflix. I could not turn the TV off! the power button did nothing...
