Welcome to this modern, comfortably furnished vacation home, which offers you and your family or friends a relaxing stay in a quiet and idyllic setting. The house is located in an exclusive neighborhood with single-family homes and is surrounded by nature and tranquility—the perfect place to escape everyday life and unwind. At the same time, shopping facilities such as Edeka, Aldi, and Pennz are within walking distance. Lidl and Rossmann are also only a 2-minute drive away.
The proximity to the A52 is also a big plus; in 15 minutes you can be in downtown Mönchengladbach, and in 30 minutes you can be in Düsseldorf and at the airport. At the same time, you can be in the Dutch city of Roermond and the adjacent Designer Outlet in 15 minutes.
