"Check in was seamless. Clean room and room service was good."

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly, conscientious and extremely helpful! The hotel was such a short walk to the Two Step Inn venue so it was perfect all around! Also a big shout out of appreciation to the 24 hour coffee in the lobby! "

No milk and no creamer for coffee. Warm yogurt. No fruit. AC would not stay on. Staff did not care when I informed them."

"The staff was helpful with complaints. There were at least 20 dead bugs in the light in the bathroom. The only over head light was out. We called it in the first night at 5:15pm and was never replaced. The front door knob wasn't working properly. The light would turn green when you used the door key but it wouldn't disengage the lock until you messed with it a lot. We had to get the staff to help us with it at midnight."
