“Very close to a shopping mall and if you need Asian food there is a superstore nearby for that. Thoight breakfast is free but it is not.”

“Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...”

“It was as advertised except listed 2 bedroom with 2 bath. There is only one bath. Another shower is available in another building.”

“Convenient location. The main floor was really cute and just about anything you might want, they provided it. The mattresses were okay, not great. Good water pressure in the main bath shower. The ac on the main floor was awesome. The living room furniture was comfortable. There's 4 tvs on the main floor. The fans were a nice addition for sleeping. There were ample dishes, glasses, towels, etc. We looked at the shared pool area. It was clean and the pool looked nice. It was nice to have a private……

“This home was perfect for what we needed. The living room is very spacious with an open floor plan that leads to the kitchen and dining room area. The kids LOVED the backyard pool. Pool towels, shower towels and hand towels are available; however, you to have to bring your own face rags if you want them. Everything else we needed was there. “A great no-frills, clean and quiet apartment adjacent to a home in low-traffic suburban neighborhood. Very close to food, shops, Winter Park, and Orlando.”

“We had a good time. The location was great and the kids all really enjoyed the pool. The pictures we felt were misleading as the rooms were much smaller than they looked on line. Communication was very good. Having to have all the towels washed before leaving was very inconvenient for early departure.”

“The condo was very nice with a great ocean view. Pleasantly surprised that there was so much available in the condo for us to use. I say surprised because when reading reviews, it sounded like not a whole lot was provided in terms of towels, paper products and mention that sheets and towels had to be laundered before the 10am checkout time. It seems like procedures may have changed. I verified with the management company exactly what needed to be done for check in/checkout. Laundry is no longer……
