“We travel quite often. I am a Registered Nurse and cleanliness is extremely important to me. New Smyrna Waves was absolutely exceptional! The accommodations were veey comfortable for our family of 5. We had a beautiful beach front view from the balcony as well as the master bedroom. The pool and accessories were convenient and so much fun for everyone to cool off and enjoy between trips down to the ocean. The white sand beach is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Even on the busiest days and……

“We had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The check-in process was a breeze. There wasn’t a lengthy list of cleaning expectations at the end. It has the feel of an older building, and I think the floors could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and the kitchen felt clean. Overall, a pleasant stay. ”

“The location is perfect (walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, etc.) in the NSB area. Helpful to have access to their beach accessories. 4-bathrooms was great for our group getting ready for a wedding. Just make sure your expectations are set reasonably. There may be some sand, mold, etc. (as common in beach vacation rentals), but it worked perfect for what we needed. ”
