There is no WiFi and the cell signal is weak, however this worked perfectly for them to have a nice disconnected weekend. They 100% would chose this place again. 「This property is ideally located within the city. It was an easy walk to downtown, the city marina, and the city beach and park. The lower part of Dock House is definitely themed for the lake and contained everything we needed. It was just two of us, and although it contained beds for 5, we think it would seem small unless kids made up some of that number. We cooked for most of our meals and there were pots, pans, utensils, and dishes for everything we made. We hope to be back!」

「Decided last minute to spend 3 days with family. Have traveled to Michigan for 30 years but have never visited the Silver Lake area. The area and the house were both hidden gems for our family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to relax or have fun including private lakefront access a few hundred feet away from the front door. Nice kitchen with spacious counter, huge firepit, outdoor hot water shower, huge yard, and another firepit at the lake for watching beautiful sunsets....

「The overall best things about this property is the large size and how close it is to everything. The finishings are a bit dated but everything was very clean. The only downside was that the front deck was not clean (although being near trees does that) and the patio furniture could be replaced.」

「Easy walk to the beach, nice fenced in yard for dogs(must be on chains because fence isnt dog proof). Be very careful where you allow yoir dogs if yoi bring them because there were old pet stains and dogs always want to pee over other dogs pee. Dont let them walk away from you. Our kids loved having the bottom floor to themselves. 40 minute drive to the hunting grounds mu husband likes.」
