「Our stay at this sweet, historic little cabin could not have been better. The hosts were friendly and helpful, cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, and the surroundings were quiet, rustic, and beautiful. Be sure to read about the history of the place, and the "healing spring," in the building where you check in, and save time for a morning walk along the creek. And yes, the water is delicious. For less than the cost of a hotel room in Boone, we had the most restful and...

「Had a wonderful stay. Was pleasantly surprised to find the property was very private with no houses or other people around. The pictures of the property don't quite do this spot justice. Loved that you could also hear the nearby creek as well. I'll be back for sure.」

「We had a great stay! I cannot stress enough how close and convenient this location is to the Grassy Gap parking area for hiking Doughton Park. That’s what drew me in to book this stay. We didn’t spend much time on premises, so we didn’t utilize the many amenities…hot tub, fire pits, picnic pavilion, etc…but the stay was comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and communication was great.」

「A total 10 out of 10 for me! Beautiful and clean cabin and property with a great night's sleep! I was only here for a quick layover, thus unable to explore a bit and enjoy things like the fire pit or just relaxing outside. If ever I'm back this way I would totally book here again if available. Thank you!」
