Breakfast was bad choices waffles were hard muffins in wrapper were terrible. Breakfast was not kept up on milks for coffee not kept up on empty. Syrup for waffles thick like honey not good could not even keep bananas stocked up pool NOT heated cold. . Pool towels always empty fitness room not woeking elevator not work only one work. Pool area dirty wet socks on floor life perserver in pool straws on floor gum on floor trash all this in the pool area. Staff did ho beyond to help especially at the front desk.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite on Dec.24- Dec.27 2025. The only reason I have gave this hotel two stars is because the room was spacious. Several problem with property first water pressure in shower was very low had to switch rooms after I packed and settled in. Second problem I called ahead to ask if the hot tub is working was told yes when arrived jets weren’t working. In that case I can fill my tub with hot water. Third problem busy holiday weekend one of the elevators wasn’t working took forever to get to the fourth floor. Four problem no lock on bathroom door and the frame on bathroom door coming out, so when you open and close bathroom door in makes a loud noise. Don’t recommend

The staff is not at fault. The pool was closed. I had talked to the front desk this morning and he assured me a first floor room and when i arrived i was told they only had a 4th floor available. I use oxygen & have Afib and i was told a first floor room was secured. Many people were angry at her but many of the issues are out of her control. Management needs held accountable. She deserves a raise.

The staff was very nice, but it is seriously understaffed. The pool was not in use, the workout facility was not in use, one elevator was broken, there was no extra bedding for the pull out coach.

Unfortunately the front desk person was very busy elsewhere for our check in and when we needed a few things.. The room was very nice. Only one elevator was working and the hotel was very busy with many young families which added to lots of noise ( some kids knocked on our door at 1:30 am) but understandable as it was a big ski weekend ( no excuse for the knocking on doors though ) .

I chose SpringHill Suites specifically because of the amenities advertised, particularly the hot tub, gym, and outdoor fire pit. Unfortunately, my stay was less than satisfactory due to ongoing maintenance issues, and all of these amenities were unavailable during my visit. What was most disappointing is that these amenities were a major factor in my decision to stay here, yet I was still charged full price—pricing that is competitive with, and in some cases higher than, other hotels in the area that offer similar rooms. Paying a premium for features that were not accessible does not feel fair or justified. While the room itself was acceptable, the lack of transparency and adjustment in pricing left me feeling disappointed. If key amenities are unavailable, that should be clearly communicated in advance and reflected in the nightly rate. As it stands, the experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s listing.
