Amazing brand new property with great taste and solid customer service.

Going from parking to the registration then to our room was a lot of walking also confusing. I had my 97 year old mom with me and it was tiring. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable; however getting in and out of bathtub was scary as the bath tub was slippery and there were no grabbers. This was a room that had not been remodeled. The hair dryer was terrible, it hurt my hand holding it, so vibrating and noisy, something must have been wrong.

All of the staff members are very pleasant and friendly. Very mellow and quiet place to stay. When you are inside, you wouldn't know you are on the Las Vegas strip. The only negative things for us are purely individualized; dining options are not gluten free friendly. While we much appreciated the waiters and waitresses asking about allergies and offering alternative sides or dishes, the options were quite limited. Again, we were impressed that it was an automatic question asked when our menus were presented, so the awareness and consideration is nice. The elevators can be a bit confusing at first. The lobby elevator goes to the 3rd floor, then you have to go down the hall to the room elevators. Not a big deal, and we were informed upon check-in. The spa treatment for pedicure was amazing. Excellent technician, and the zero gravity bed was heavenly. The junior suite was amazing. Beautiful space and we loved the huge walk in shower and large soaking tub. The entire suite was perfectly comfortable. We did not utilize the car service or the dine in room service, so we can't comment on that. Overall, our stay was incredibly relaxing, enjoyable, and comfortable.

Great ambience, friendly staff, clean casino and rooms. Pool area and staff were great. Self check in kiosk said my room wasn’t ready despite being 730pm so had to stand in line for 40 min since there was only about 5 staff members checking in and handing complaints. The staff however all handled themselves excellently as we watched the show. On check out there was a sign to say check in & check out with the same huge line. Luckily I asked someone if this was the check out line who directed me to the key drop off and told me I didn’t have to check out. I thanked god I didn’t make the mistake of foolishly following the signs directions but I could easily see this happening. Outside of the opening and closing tastes we had a great 3 day stay at this property.
