Magical Hillside Setting with Ocean View

Unit 5 Block 5 Lot 10.. Welcome to Amar el Mar. This lovely home with a view set among towering redwoods is the perfect place to indulge your love of the sea. The sunny deck looking out to the Pacific Ocean is the ideal spot for enjoying tranquil breakfasts, magnificent sunsets and perhaps a bottle of wine.

Curl up to enjoy a fire indoors while watching your favorite shows on DirecTV Now, Netflix or a Blu-ray player, plus high-speed wireless internet. Stretch out on the large window seat and enjoy the ocean view or sit down and enjoy a great book. If you’re dining in, make yourself at home in the well-equipped kitchen or step outside onto the rear deck and fire up the gas grill.

Children and dogs are welcome and there’s plenty of room to play on the decks and in the large yard. It's a short walk to the nearby hiking trail off Crow's Nest Drive. Beaches are on the west side of the Highway, a short drive down the hill.

When the day is done, rest up in one of the three cozy bedrooms, all with queen-size beds. From the lower bedroom it’s only a few steps to the hot tub right outside. The upstairs master bedroom is equipped with it’s own tv and private ocean view deck.

Bed linens and towels are not provided, bring your own or rent them from Beach Rentals.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.
