「The property is set on a picturesque spot in SeaRanch. Beautiful ocean views. The home itself has lots of nice and unexpected touches (amazing water pressure, oyster knife, dog blankets). It also had a few cost reducing pieces that ranked it down a notch for me (one ply toilet paper and paper towels, super thin cloth towels). We did have an issue with wet towels upon arrival and the property management remedied it within the first 24 hours of our stay. The outdoor space was very useful and...

「We have been visiting Sea Ranch for 25 years. This house was one of my favorites! The number of windows was amazing. Views from everywhere and you could open many to let in the ocean breeze. 「We spent four nights in this great home. It's in a nice location on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Close to day hiking trails and Gualala for restaurants. Home was very well equiped - we cooked several meals without finding any missing household items. Hot tub works great...which is sometimes a rarity in rental homes. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Really enjoyed our time in Sea Ranch. It was a chilly, rainy weekend and we spent lots of time reading by the wood fireplace, reading on the couch, and cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen would benefit from a few more supplies - but ended up having everything we needed for the weekend.」

「Clean, well equipped and comfortable, we totally enjoyed staying here. We brought our own pack and play and portable high chair for our one year old, so the house worked for a baby. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deck for star gazing. The ants are not really a problem -- they are being managed with ant traps throughout the house. The only caution I would give is that the dryer emits a very loud whine, so we ran it when we were out of the house. Perhaps it needs a new belt. Wonderful VRBO stay!」

「If you like the 70s then this may be the place. I do, so I enjoyed it. Some of the things are a little rundown but if the price is right then I recommend. Great view of the ocean. Hot tub situated under the trees. Kitchen a bit lacking in supplies but sufficient. Bedrooms nice, comfortable. There was no firewood supplied so pick some up on the way or in Gualala at the market. Watch out for ticks in the yard, they are abundant.」

「The ocean views from the master bedroom are sublime. House is clean, kitchen is well equipped but pots and pans need to be upgraded. Do bring everything you need for cooking. Internet worked well, entertainment system is very outdated. The hot tub is great, much newer than it shows on the pictures. Bath and kitchen cabinets show some signs of wear. The proximity (just steps) to the bluff trail is an extra plus! The entry to the "Crow Nest" bedroom (above the garage and detached from the house)...
