Not clean

The condo was not clean at all -aside from furniture that is worn and weathered - walls were dirty - baseboards full of hair - opened sauces etc in kitchen cabinets and I saw 2 cockroaches - we checked out a day early and won’t be going back . It’s a shame because it’s in a really good location .

Front and center for all Seabrook Island has to offer. We love to golf, so having access to two courses at our door step was a bonus.

Extremely clean dwelling, and we will be coming back.

Beautiful surrounding scenery and wildlife in view every direction. The deer were everywhere. Parking was generously laid out with plenty of luggage carts.

Beautiful relaxation

This was a very lovely place to stay. Everything was in working order and was a nice getaway. Beautiful view of the beach, ocean and dolphins in the water! Thank you for allowing me to bring my two dogs, it was wonderful.

Awesome 1st Time Stay at Seabrook Island

Great location, great property ... close to beach, golf, and restaurants. Loved the private feeling and never felted crowded or overwhelmed with vacationers. Plenty of activities to choose from. property management company very helpful and responsive. Willdefinitely be back to Seabrook Island!

Everything we expected

Beautiful ocean view; comfortable and nicely decorated unit. Convenience of this property cannot be beat as it sits just across the road from the beach, the beach club pool, and golf club.

Great stay with ocean view

The villa was in a perfect location - amazing ocean view, and a very short walk to the beach club, pool, dining, and golf club! Clean and newly renovated, the villa provided all the comforts of a home-away-from-home. Our only criticism (which is very minor) regards the shortage of window treatments, as both bedrooms have skylights/ceiling windows without any shades, and the large bedroom windows and sliding doors have thin curtains leading to early sunrise wake-up time during our vacation. Bring eye coverings if you plan to sleep in : )

Oceanfront Villa with perfect views!

This villa was fantastic! We loved it and were so happy to have a nice, clean place with gorgeous views of the ocean - and pet friendly. Our little dog Riley is very well mannered and completely house trained. But, understandably it can be challenging to find nice places that allow him to stay. And we do not travel without Riley! 😂🐾 The bed was comfortable, the updates were so nice, there’s nothing I could say bad about it! If the owners ever want to sell it please tell them to call us. For now we will rent it! The amenities across the street were perfect, loved renting bikes, going for walks, sitting on the balcony. Just perfect!

Great location, needs paint and refreshed.

This property is located at an amazing location with fabulous amenities. However, for the price that we paid for the week, some of the interior decorations were old and worn, and the entire condo needed a paint job badly. The couch pillows were ratty and the coffee table was chipped and stained. The sliding screen was off the runner, as was one of the sliding shower doors in the master bath. We really enjoyed our stay, but for the price we paid, we expected the condo to be better cared for. With a paint job, a few small repairs, and some fresh furnishings, this place would be a five star. Thanks and blessings.
