From the first-floor villa, walk right out onto the wide uncrowded beach with a boardwalk directly behind the back deck. The boardwalk ensures an unobstructed view to the water. The villa is also within short walking distance to the club house and pools with the access/amenity fee included at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

The Villa:

Wake up to the comforts of home! The master bedroom has a flat screen TV, private connected full bathroom (including hair dryer), and a sunny reading nook. The inviting king size bed features a memory foam mattress. A fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy coffee on the patio in the morning as dolphins swim by.

Four can sit comfortably around the dining table and the kitchen opens into the living area making serving meals easy. The open airy floor plan offers amazing views to the water from the living, dining, and kitchen area.

High speed wi-fi and cable are provided with a brand new 55” 4K TV in the living area. The sofa in the living area has a pull-out queen size bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Off the hall is a full bath with a shower allowing your guests their own space.

The deck has seating for four around a pub table.

If you are a dog lover, this villa is dog friendly for (up to 2) dogs! Additional pet fees required if your dog(s) will be accompanying you.

Island Life:
Seabrook Island is a private, welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Immersed in natural splendor, the lush barrier island offers sun-kissed days on the beach and activities for every vacationer. In the evening relax on the shady back deck with a glass of wine watching the sunset or easily get a beach bonfire permit and walk down from the villa to the beach for a sunset fire, then roast marshmallows as you wind down from a memorable day.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
