Golf course paradise

My family loved this property. It is clean, comfortable and close to everything in Seabrook. The fully enclosed sunroom that doubles as a bedroom/office is amazing. The couches and beds are are comfy. Lots of big tv's and streaming services you need if you aren't in the mood to play golf, go on a beautiful walk or bike ride, go into Freshfields or the beach. Great place.

Seabrook Island Villa

The villa was very functional and clean. Beds were comfortable and provided a solid night's sleep. Kitchen is a good size and easily accommodates more than one chef in the kitchen. Washer and dryer made keeping clean clothes and towels available with little effort. AC made sleeping in the heat and humidity of coastal South Carolina easy.

The place was nicely decorated and well equipped, located close to the beach and easily accessible. Curb appeal was lacking and I'd recommend the owners landscape the front yard (there was no grass, just dirt). The home was also damp and smelled a bit moldy. Lots of scent diffusers throughout home did not mask odor.

Comfy but outdated

Kitchen was well stocked with pots/ dishes/utensils. If you are planning to cook , bring spices/oils/condiments/etc Beds were not very comfortable. The sheets smelled a bit musty. The unit is not very bright despite the amount of windows. It’s an older building and while the unit has been maintained well, it could stand to receive some higher quality cosmetic updates. Short drive to beach/pool. First time in Seabrook. The setting/neighborhood was very nice, but I don’t think it is somewhere we would return to.

Dog hair everywhere!

Condo was very filthy. Dogs hair was everywhere, hair around the shower and toilet seat, very disgusting. Microwave had dried food all over, dishes and glasses were visible dirty and greasy. Found a cockroach almost every day. Called a property manager immediately, cleaning lady didn’t show up till 4 hours later when I was in the middle of bathing my kids so was impossible for her to clean the bathrooms. But we left the condo for 3 hours prior to that, right after I called the property manager since she was sending a cleaning crew right away. So that was one big disappointment. Had to scrub the tubs and toilets myself. Not sure how the cleaning lady wanted to accomplish all the cleaning and scrubbing during evening hours around kids bedtime. Besides that huge step back location was perfect just a few min drive to the beach and condo was very well stocked. Unfortunately due to the dirtiness we won’t be staying again. Besides the

Absolute perfection

This is quite possibly the most perfect rental yet! Great location - quick bike ride to the beach and located on a very quiet street. This condo had every single thing you could need plus some! Very light and peaceful decoration with plenty of room and a great layout for everyone to have space and privacy. Excellent showers (it's important when trying to wash off sunscreen and feel clean!) and and relaxing beds and furniture. Would 100% stay here again!
