2728 Seabrook Island Road
This fabulous home sits on the 17th fairway of Crooked Oaks Golf Course. This beautiful 5 bedroom home has been recently updated and is new to our rental program. You are a short bike ride away from the main Beach Club area, home to our beach front pools & restaurants, golf courses and the Island House. This home is spacious and the perfect spot for a large family gathering. Just think of the memories you will create while vacationing on beautiful Seabrook Island. The home has three main bedrooms on the first floor and a great kids get-away in the FROG (finished room over the garage), letting you comfortably sleep ten.
When you enter this home through the large glass front doors you will notice the open floor plan. All the main floors have engineered hardwood and ceiling fans. The great room sits beneath beamed Cathedral ceilings. A 55" Smart TV lets you stream all your favorite channels! Sliding doors off this room lead out to the expansive screen porch and deck. The kitchen has been completely updated. This is a gourmet chef's treat with white cabinetry, quartz counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar has four stools - gather around during meal prep time! The kitchen dining area seats four and lets you be a part of the action. It also makes a great spot for "the kids table" at meal time. Off the kitchen is the dining room. Here you are surrounded by windows and have wonderful golf course views. The dining table seats six. A door from here leads out to the screen porch. Cool yourself off on the screen porch, enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail out here. The backyard has plenty of enormous trees swaying in the gentle low country breezes. From the screen porch check out the golfers coming up the 17th fairway of Crooked Oaks golf course. Head out the screen porch to the back deck. Fire up the propane Weber grill and throw on some burgers and dogs!
The three main bedrooms are on the first floor. A roomy master en-suite with king bed 55" Smart TV and sliders leading out to the back deck. The master bath has a granite topped double sink vanity and tub/shower combo. Two guest bedrooms are in this wing of the house. One has a king bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have 55" Smart TVs, ceiling fans and access to the Jack 'n Jill bathroom. The shared bath has been updated and features a large walk-in tiled shower. Leave the blow dryers at home, the master and guest bath have them conveniently available to you.
Off the front entry you will find a long hallway. An updated half bath and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer are off this hallway. Head up the back steps to the FROG (finished room over the garage). This is a great retreat for the kids. Two bedrooms both with a twin bunked over a full bed are ready for those sandy dreams! A large room complete with sectional sofa, bean bag chairs, games and a TV is great for chilling and relaxing, no matter the kid's age. A full bath with a tub/shower combo is here, as well.
The owners are glad to have you spend your vacation in this very special home. Conveniently located to many of the island's amenities. Take a spin on one of the bikes.Have fun exploring Seabrook Island's 4 miles of private beach. See if you can spot a dolphin strand feeding and watch the shrimp boats float passed after a long day out to sea. When you are done with your day at the beach wash off the sand in the outdoor shower.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
As of 5/1/25: Each rental property is permitted a maximum of four (4) total gate passes. This includes passes for both cars and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Please note that the total number of passes cannot exceed four, regardless of the type of vehicle, per Town of Seabrook.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Up to (1) dog is welcome to join! Additional fees apply.
Please note there is a camera at the front door.
Cancellation Policy:
For our larger homes, cancellation notice of 60 days minimum is required prior to the scheduled arrival date. With appropriate notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
