This classic beach home is in the perfect location just 3 homes down from the Seabrook Island Club with oceanfront pools, golf, the Pelican's Nest restaurant, and Island House restaurants/bar. It also is directly across the street from the beach. Perfect for golfers and families, it has four bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 3 full bathrooms.
The expansive front porch, screened in porch and sun deck all offer a great view of the Atlantic Ocean, Deveaux Bank, and the channel between Seabrook and Edisto Islands. From the rear deck, the view of Ocean Winds #10 and #18 fairways is equally as impressive. A split level deck with a gas grill and outdoor speakers makes this a great place to grill out while watching the golfers. The screened in porch out front with its ocean view will be a favorite after the day at the beach. Rock under the shade of the porch while sipping a cool drink.
This classic low country beach house sits high which affords a better view of the ocean and golf course. A large great room with cathedral ceilings, hardwood flooring, comfortable furnishings, large flat screen TV/DVD player, dining table that seats 8, and WiFi internet access complete this wonderful room. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened in porch on one side of the home and a covered porch with rockers on the other side.
The large open kitchen features light wood cabinets, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast table for 4. There is additional seating for three at the island counter and a door leading to the backyard deck.
On one side of the centrally located great room, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an attached full bathroom. It has a TV for viewing and there are sliding door with access to the front porch with ocean views. The bathroom has a granite topped vanity and a shower/tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hall bath. The vanity has a granite top and is separate from the toilet/shower/tub area. This bathroom is convenient to the living area too! The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the other side of the home. One bedroom has two twin beds and a small TV. The other a queen sized bed, TV, and sliding doors to the screened in porch with ocean views. A Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower is accessible from both bedrooms.
The back porch offers panoramic views of the 10th hole of Ocean Winds golf course. Watch the golfers tee while barbecuing dinner on the gas grill. As the sun shifts, switch from the front porch to the back to maximize your enjoying of our fine weather. The sunsets from the back deck are also amazing!
This home is located just a minute from the Beach Club pools, restaurants/bars, golf course, arcade, Seabrook Shoppe, and beach. Once you unpack, you can walk to every place you want to go. This home comes with access to all Seabrook Island Club facilities - tennis, golf, Pelican's Nest restaurant/bar (seasonal), outdoor pools (seasonal), and Island House restaurants/bar.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Pets NOT allowed
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
This home works great for family vacations, golfers looking for a spacious and conveniently located home, and guests coming to Seabrook for weddings at the Seaview Terrace and Island House. Come to this lovely home that has everything you will need to create memories that will last a lifetime!
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
