Perfect in every way! Highly recommend this location and we will be back for sure!

Our weeklong visit to "Crab Cove" was just perfect in every way. The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the necessary appliances, linens and even beach towels (a big plus). Sitting on the upper screened in deck looking out over the marsh is so peaceful. I always thought you needed to be on the ocean to really relax and enjoy - but no, the marsh views and wildlife were just what we needed. Taking in the evening sunsets over the marsh are breathtaking - be sure to take some pictures! This area is so quiet - with just the sounds of the birds chirping or squirrels scurrying about - if you're lucky you might even see an armadillo or alligator! Highly recommend this location and we will be back for sure!

Love this condo! Great location and views. Quiet and peaceful home.

We would love to buy a second home on the island and one of the things that has held us back has been the ability to rent and stay at this condo. The proximity to the Lake House (and their wonderful workout facilities), the pickle ball courts, and the walking path are a definite selling point. The views of the marsh from the screened in balcony and deck are beautiful and relaxing. The condo is nice and airy and makes well use of the space. The different floors make the condo seem larger and also allow privacy and quiet. The master suite with its own bathroom and walk out patio allowed us to exist and exit the condo without waking our daughters on the sofa bed and air mattress in the main room. The condo is very well equipped with everything we have needed including a well-appointed kitchen, which is important to us as we like to cook and eat in a lot. There is internet we have never had an issue with, two televisions, laundry, beach towels, and the master suite boasts a wonderfully comfortable king sized bed. The main room has a sleeper sofa. Also, the unit is incredibly quiet and peaceful as it is an end unit and we never heard any noise from neighbors.

Wonderful trip!

The villa was easy to find,the process was easy,check in a breeze! The villa is very clean,multiple levels but it’s so worth it because of the view! My husband and I throughly enjoyed the view from the top deck. We watched birds fly in towards sunset over the marshes. Storks,egrets,spoonbills and so many different critters! The villa is well stocked,the king sized bed comfortable. Crab Cove is maybe a 5 to 10 minute drive to Bohickets marina and Freshfields village. If you want to hear birds sing,water rustling,look up and see a night sky’s full of stars,well book your trip! Thank you for the bottle of wine and the cookies! Y’all made our trip easy and a very relaxing one! One more thing,my husband and I both have bad knees but the villas steps were easy for us to manage. I’m so glad we booked it even though there were multi levels. So worth it! Thanks again and we hope to be back next year! Don’t forget to check out the crab dock,great picture taking! Helpful tip,the volume button is on the side of the remote!
