「The property is adorable and the staff was amazing. I really could not ask for a better experience.」

「Right on the beach」

「Great little spot with nearby beach access! Helpful hosts, quick to respond. Will definitely be back!」

「The cottage was reasonably priced. It was perfect for me, since I was the only one traveling. When I arrived, the place was clean. It was very close to all the events I was attending for the weekend. All the restaurants and venues I attended were within 1 - 1.5 miles with the exception of 1, it was 8.5 miles away. I would gladly rent this cottage again if I was in the area. I had a few questions for the host manager, and she responded in a very quickly manner.」

「Great staff!」

「Everything was great at Incommunicado, and we plan to return soon!」

「Excellent, clean, and comfortable property only a few minutes walk from the beach. Best place i have stayed in the Cape in the more than twenty years we have visited.」

「Beautifully quaint 50s-style highway motel. Olivia is a delight to speak with and offered help. We stayed in Pinky La Rue and it was absolutely wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, TV HUMONGOUS and it looked like it was live action!!!」

「We enjoyed our stay. No problems. We would stay here again」

「Very clean. New construction. The host was very professional and very available if needed. We enjoyed our stay.」

「I stayed here before while working in the area Richard was such a good host and the place was so comfortable that my wife and I decided to return when we had some time and wanted à low key time to re group from hectic schedules. I would recommend these places to anyone. Richard lives in town and responds instantly and keeps the units in top notch condition」

「The place was so perfect! Everything was so welcoming. It was very clean and had everything we needed There is a very nice fenced yard for the dogs and the location to downtown is ideal! We will definitely stay here again!」

「The property was very clean, cute and close to amenities. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.」

「Awesome place. All the amenities. Walking distance to all the great places in Pt St Joe」

「We loved our stay. The location is perfect and the view from the bedroom balcony is lovely. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the day at the beach and relaxing time indoors. The bathrooms were all set up with soap and shampoo, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of room to spread out and our college kids loved the pickleball courts and pool at the property. We will definitely be back.」

「The ad was a little misleading about where the pool actually was」
