「We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...

「Check in time located in the cafe, time is limited, except inform hotel by phone. Provide free wifi. Breakfast included. No hairdryer in the room. No lift, you have to lift luggage by yourself to the second floor. Double bed for singe for single room, large for one person.」

「This room was simple, but clean and the shower was good. The owner gave me an upgrade so that I did not have to share a bathroom. For the price, it exceeded my expectations.」

「I wasn’t informed about room cleaning services? Limited bathroom utilities. No shampoo, conditioner, hand soap or lotion? The lady cleaning the rooms was very helpful and friendly. 」

「It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would...
