Guest Access:
Situated within the expansive 2.5-acre property, you're invited to explore your very own 'Tiny Aussie Homestead' with friendly pet babydoll sheep, pygmy goats, cherished heritage hens, burgeoning free-range food forest (containing many varieties of annual and perennial edible plants), over fifty fruit trees, and more.
Privacy is paramount, with our part-time residence positioned at the opposite end of the property. You will generally have the entire property to yourselves with self check-in via the lockbox.
The Neighborhood:
Stunning panoramic mountain and valley views on edge of state forest, twelve minutes into the local township of Heyfield (with supermarket, pub, cafes, parks etc).
Getting Around:
Ample parking.
Own car required to get around as this is a rural country location.
Other Things to Note:
We leave the indoor fireplace fully stocked and ready to light with enough free firewood for approximately 2-3 hours of burning time during the cooler months (May - Mid September).
We highly recommend you stop via a petrol station or Timberline (the local Heyfield General Store) to pick up some additional kindling and firewood for the fireplace / outdoor fire pit for heating during the cooler months as it gets chilly up here in the foothills!
