The owners were incredibly thorough about the directions provided and the location was great and accessible to other parts of the city. The apartment is very nice, bathroom is great, and everything as advertised. Really enjoyed out stay.

Allen was an incredible, kind host and was very prompt with his communication. The property itself had a cozy vibe that made you feel right at home. The space was clean with nice modern furnishing. Location is in a quiet area and is only 10 min away from downtown! A parking space is also provided, which was a plus. I’ll definitely be back and I’d highly recommend this spot!! Great experience overall.

This was the perfect location and property for a friend and myself to spend a few days exploring the city. The condo is perfectly located to many of the popular sites and has restaurants and grocery store nearby. Inside, it was very accurately described in the listing. The property had all the necessary basics and was very comfortable. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent! Great experience.

This beautiful condo was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near a variety of activities in Seattle. There was plenty of space for my family of four (two adult daughters, my husband, and me). We loved the amenities (parking space, patio, basic necessities, and washer/dryer) and the walkability of the area. Our host, Allen, did a great job of checking in by email throughout our stay and promptly responding to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again!
