Place was clean and modern. But needs a bit of upkeep. Patio chairs were in bad condition. Couch is pretty banged up. Railing to the patio wasnt secure.

Perfect hop, skip, jump away from Lumen Field
In town for Sounders action and this place was perfect to get out of the downtown area while being a 10min Uber to the stadium area. Very nice neighborhood and places all around. Seemed to be some basics nearby too like food, gas, etc.. We had a short overnight trip but I'd totally look to stay here again. Condo had everything you probably needed for an extended stay (maybe add some hand soap and Kleenex around a few places) and was a cozy stop for sure. Chris was great and prompt with communication.
