Extremely nice and helpful staff. I stayed on the 4th floor and it was very quiet ( no noise from the top floor bar or elevator as other travelers described). Perfect location, walkable to everything in U District.

Very nice hotel, all the staff were very kind and helpful. A nice addition is the coffee shop on the first floor and a rooftop restaurant and you can use a credit they give you at either location which was nice. Hotel is also very close to a light rail station which was very convenient

The room was great- very spacious! The only issue was only 1 small mirror in bathroom with ok lighting. There is lots of wall space to put a mirror in main area. Would help with getting ready! Bed was very comfortable!

This place has a cool vibe. The rooftop bar/grill was great. The only real issue was the elevator that only worked about half the time. One morning we had to take the stairs down from the 12th floor. When we go to our room, TV and telephone were disconnected. The tech got the TV working, but no phone the entire stay.
